Police officers of the Tierra del Sol District, who were carrying out a control operation in Cotacachi, detained the citizen Dayana Erika T.CH., had an arrest warrant issued by the Criminal Judicial Unit of the Rumiñahui canton.

In their possession they found the amount of 280 US dollars, while in the automotive found a fuse holder compartment located on the left side of the board, a small blue leather wallet carrying four small transparent plastic cases with a creamy substance that later Of the chemical analysis turned out to be cocaine with a total weight of 7 grams.
With the evidences found the uniformed ones continued with the investigation which allowed them to discover that the vehicle was reported as stolen in the city of Quito.
The citizen was placed under orders of the respective authority and entered the Interim Detention Center of Ibarra, meanwhile the vehicle and narcotic substance were entered in the Anti-narcotics headquarters.
